How do we join during the founding phase?
Book a call or email hi@kooeeconnect.com.au. Onboarding is quick and self-serve, and during the founding phase the Kooee team is on hand to assist with your roster, programs and compliance setup whenever you want a hand.
Do my existing casual instructors have to join Kooee?
They join free as outdoor instructors, and it's worth it: their quals, WWCC and onboarding docs live on their profile, and your roster fills from your own people first.
Who verifies qualifications and compliance?
Instructors upload their certifications, WWCC and First Aid once, and Kooee keeps every document in one place with expiry dates tracked, so you can check everything yourself before you book. You keep your own screening and due diligence; Kooee makes sure the paperwork is in one place and never lapsed.
What happens when someone pulls out days before a program?
Repost the role as an advert and bulk-invite every available instructor holding the right quals, in one go. That Friday-night ring-around is the exact problem Kooee was built to end.
Does Kooee work for adventure tourism as well as outdoor education?
